Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, the visionary firm behind Aman Tokyo and Amankora, and set within a masterplan by Foster + Partners, the residences distill California modernism to its essence: generous interiors, walls of glass, and vast private terraces — each with its own pool or onsen-style spa — floating above the city with uninterrupted views from the Hollywood Hills to the Pacific.

THE RESIDENCES
Sixty-nine residences, from 2 to 6 bedrooms, ranging from 2,560 to 18,000 square feet. Each home is served by a private lift lobby, and every residence — from the 2-bedroom homes to the five-bedroom sky villas — arrives with its own 19-foot terrace pool. Larger residences add front and back kitchens, indoor fireplaces, and in the 5-bedroom collection, a private in-residence gym across two dedicated lift lobbies.

LIVING WITH AMAN
Ownership extends privileges rarely offered outside Aman’s own resorts: priority nomination to the Aman and Janu Club, up to 20% off room rates worldwide, and preferred access across the brand’s 36 properties in 20 countries.
